You confirm you are at least 18 years of age, the lawful owner or authorized representative of the business you list, and able to enter a binding agreement.

You shall list only products and services that are permissible (halal) under Islamic teachings. The sale, promotion, or facilitation of alcohol, intoxicants, pork, gambling, interest-based products, indecent items, or any haram good or service is strictly prohibited.

You shall conduct your business on the Platform in accordance with Islamic ethics, including honesty, modesty in product imagery and language, fair dealing, fulfilling promises, and respecting the dignity of every customer and fellow seller.

You shall not tell any lie to a customer, not even the smallest. Product names, descriptions, photographs, prices, stock levels, sizes, weights, materials, country of origin, and condition (new or used) must be accurate and truthful. Any defect must be disclosed before sale.

You shall respond to customer inquiries promptly through your registered WhatsApp number, honor agreed prices, deliver as promised, and resolve every customer concern with patience and respect.

You shall not post fake reviews, instruct others to do so, or attempt to manipulate ratings, search rankings, or any Platform feature.

You shall not list counterfeit goods, unauthorized copies of branded products, or items that infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Listed prices must be the true selling price. Hidden charges, bait pricing, and false discounts are prohibited. Stock figures must be kept up to date.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws of Sri Lanka, including business registration, taxation, food and product safety, consumer protection, and any sector-specific regulation that applies to your trade.

You may operate only one seller account, in one sector, if you have business in two sectors – create separate account for second sector.

Every product is subject to admin review before going live. The Platform owners may edit, reject, hide, or remove any listing, image, or description at their sole discretion to protect customers and Platform integrity.

Any verified complaint of dishonesty, fraud, abusive behavior, sale of haram goods, sale of counterfeit goods, refusal to deliver, or breach of these terms may result in the immediate and permanent termination of your store, without notice, without compensation, and without refund of any fees or charges. Serious offenders may be reported to the relevant authorities.

The owners of AUA Group (kkybazar.lk) reserve the absolute and final authority to terminate any seller account or remove any product at any time, with or without prior notice, with or without stating a reason. This right cannot be challenged or disputed by the Seller.

You shall not offer any product, instalment plan, or financing arrangement on the Platform that involves Riba (interest), Gharar (excessive uncertainty), or Maysir (gambling).

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.

The Platform owners may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after a change is your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed first by Islamic ethical principles and then by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute shall first be referred to the Platform owners for resolution.
